We are taling about Australia, and we are still in a Metro area of a City, what is every one on about? Last time i went to the Hospital was quite a long time ago, but i was seen in a very timely manner, was fixed pretty quick, and off i went, same as my Grandpa who needed bypass surgery, it was not a 5 year wait, more like a couple of weeks, so i don't undserstand all the doom sayers around. My Mum who has full private health insurance had to wait to get her Gall bladder out, it would have been quicker as a public patient, and that was comming from a Nurse. Mind you we do not use the Hospital system unless its been for a Birth, or a GP can't fix one of us, the GP we use is a family Doctor and we pay for that out of my wages. I think personaly for us as a family it is more important to spend the money on further education for the Wife and myself
