Good investment or not? why the wings?

Does anyone have any ideas how quickly these appreciate in value, if at all?
    thanks :)

I want to buy one, but the free shipping only applies after $75 on their site :(

so happy that the free ship is lowered from 300 to 75, else I will curse and swear :)

wait till the kids grow up to appreciate in value, but I like 50cents coin none the less.

I think the wings are attributable to the "western" version of the dragon, rather than the "eastern" one.

my opinion it is not a good investment as there are tons left(if good would of sold out) and on downies+prospect coins and stamps still sell them. + it is not an asian dragon which is more appealing and desirable in demand than "western" dragons.

I got a pair simply because I like the design and got the extra as a nice gift for a nephew on Xmas.

I think there are better investments to make than these coins but it shouldn't be too hard to liquidate em in the future with it's premium.

I can't find anything else on the Perth Mint site to go with this so I can get free shipping instead of paying the $7.50, any ideas? lol

Are you collecting any lunar set? Would you consider buying a set box together with the baby dragon to save postage? Hmmm, perhaps is not a good idea as the set box is quite pricy :|

I've just realised I've only got the S1 set box on the way from Lunartic, so the S2 box looks like a good bet. From a thread search on SS I can see it doesn't mention gilded anywhere on the display case itself - win!

Just found this link from the forum http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-3750-lunar-display-cases-series-i-and-ii.html seems like the box does mentioned gilded!

"They don't say gilded anywhere on the actual case (just the outer packaging) and have the Perth Mint emblem on the inside."

Don't know what you're reading lol
