Bullionmoney service?

Hi,
would like to know whether anyone have order any sliver bars from Bullionmoney.com.au ? How is the service & shipment?

 

No worries and very quick to process an deliver. Had my stuff four days after initial click. Other times have been fast too.

Excellent service. Purchased multiple times and had No problems.

 

I've purchased from Bullion Money within the last few days, excellent service with regular email updates from their automated system, not to mention the owner dropping you an email to confirm that your order has been shipped and with the tracking number attached. I can definitely recommend them to you (especially their cheap prices on 10oz PAMP).

 

very frustrated................and now after having just spoken with them.......................still not happy............that was my first purchase with them.......and depending on how the postage goes............


EDIT: i did follow up with an email expressing mt disappointment to the lads .................and in fairness i did get a pretty quick phonecall back apologising for the muck around. So all in all - perhaps it may have been the order number that was jinxed ????.....I did get worried when i the order number came through !!!!!......it was 666!!!.............

 

My deal was silky smooth and super fast..... 100% for service and product.

 

No dramas with dealing with them either... turned up within a few days to brissy too.. hopefully just a one off issue that they have corrected for you and all goes smooth.

 

hope your right skipau - they do have some great products......and i really would like to go through them again..........but you know how one bad experience can affect the next.........think I'll just wait and see.....hope fully when i receive this first order - see the shinny stuff and put a smile on my face - i am sure that will change my mind and i'll go back to them like a magnet!!!..hahahaha

 

I know how you feel I stopped shopping at another forum sponsor for lack of communication, but since I have done business with Bullionmoney I have had nothing but great service and response. I think a lot of these online dealers are light on in the staffing and when they get an influx of orders their repsonse times may wane.

 

I ordered 5oz dragons, taking ages to come, but I'm in no panic. Practicing patience is something I value wayyyy more than my silver stack. Having said that, patience doesn't pay for food!

I do really appreciate all the feedbacks from all the members that have purchase from there, and I will give them a try, just working out what else I should get along with the PAMP Dragon. Yeah I been busy working and watching the market, and have not had a chance to secure any order, but soon. As you can see im quite new here, 2nd post, but as time goes by I will post more.
