Hi, i was wondering what you guys use to melt your silver, gold etc? gas / electric / coke / inductive / kiln? etc and any preferances?

I am looking at an inductive furnaces for the pure effect of it all really. but read it isnt so good on non magnetic elements. And both silver and gold fall into that category. So, im not sure, if i should go that road or just forge it?. Any assistance is most appreciated.

    have a great night
    Phillip

    What is pure effect?
You can just buy a crucible and a torch if you're only melting a few ounces or less

i saw an inductive furnace melting titanium metal in under 3min. And, it uses less energy doing it than most. Im mostly interested in it for its cost saving and time saving and because its funky.
