Just sold a 5oz Dragon for $1000, unbelievable what collectors will pay to get what they want, $810 profit woohoo.
Was that just a bog standard 5 oz coin, or trendy coloured with flashing display box etc? Don't suppose you know the mintage on the 5 oz normal coins? Thanks for any info.
That's nuts - they're coming back into production soon with unlimited mintage. Saw someone flogging them on eBay recently calling bullion 5oz coins proofs when they're not.
I doubt a real collector/numismatist bought your coin, as they do a lot of research and go after rare coins mostly. Probably somebody new to coins and precious metals in general.
Hi guys, I think that was me, where do you go to check the price of silver? Isn't it at $180 or something? Someone said to the moon?
NOT casting nasturtiums on your honesty,man,BUT..would you tell us when and how this amazing profit was realized? Ebay? or by private sale?
Sold it to a Gold miner with lots of money and Beer is his number one priority in life, he dabbles in PMs and when he saw it offered me the money, told him i only paid $190, he said he was not interested in the details. He only buys coins.
He lives in Melbourne but works in the territory, he lost a $1200 set of headphones, a new I-phone 4 and a new Ipad 2 when a Dingo took his lunch bag at work.
This is the stuff of a mini series(although they have fallen out of favour ,with producers and entrepenuers) Mining for Gold ..buying semi numis and a dingo took his I-phone? Thanks for the fun
Fantastic news and very good for you. I sell as high as the market will allow. sometimes more, sometimes less. A baby, took my dingo.
