Rolls of 1966 50 cents

    I have a chance to buy about 6 rolls of 1966 50 cent peices ( I think theres 20 per roll) , Never been open, what would these be worth a roll please

    BUT, that's pure silver value, I got no idea if being in a roll makes them worth any more...

    If these are fresh from the mint rolls I'm pretty sure they have numismatic value.

    Someone here had some mint rolls for sale a while back. I can't remember what they were going for but 3x spot rings a bell.

    Yes, if they're in mint condition & still in their original bank roll packaging they are most definitely going to be priced as numismatics / collectables.

    They will not sell for anything near a regular 1966 in the open market, I assure you.

    They have been sold here on SS before for a substantial sum.

    1 auction on ebay went for $405aud in July.

    edit: sorry, that was 1 roll of 20. So i guess the price would be somewhere between spot and that price given current POS. Maybe chuck a roll up as an auction in the trading forum?
