    Just to clear up some confusion - the last time i looked at the silver spot price - it was around $1187 (AU) - which was yesterday arvo - not sure what time, but probably around 2pm.

    After that i had not looked at the silver price again until about 30 mins ago! Inbetween I have been watchin' UT2004 world championship (WCG) matches and been downloading dozens of them to watch later. you see - UT used to be passion of mine, and i decided yesterday i was going to get back into it on a part time basis just for some entertainment.

    In hindsight it was probably a good thing that i didn't know what was going down ito the PM spot price!

    and yeh - with the proposed bet i did try to build in some "protection" for myself by counting in AU dollars (see my proposal above from yesterday arvo).

    anyway, i'll admit i was wrong - at least partially... if silver stays down this low for a reasonable amount of time and you guys can actually buy any physical at these low prices, then i'll admit i was wrong.

    will be interesting to watch from hereon
