Yay ... finally got the last of my order today. Two orders - ordered on the morning of 1st Sep Payment same time and method - direct deposit. Delivery times varied greatly: Online order 1st Sep - received last Wed 6th Sep. Phone order 1st Sep (within 1 hr of each other) - received today Mon 12 Sep. Happy to have them .
Mine just soaking up the sunshine on the doorstep Happy they got here But pissed because no signing no knock on the door . 2 cars in the driveway. No good ringing up as i have them now.BUYER BEWARE. Now i am really pissed off went to AAE tracking it says delivered and signed by Mr Alexisio. What can i do ?
Tell AAE your item hasnt arrived and demand a copy of the signed receipted delivery. When they cant produce it put in a lost claim and receive insurance for your "lost" coins.
What are the legal ramifications of having your signature forged like that? I'd be lodging a complaint.
I don't understand why AAE can leave parcels on door-step, or leave a card to pick up at post office... but don't allow you to SEND to a PO box. Made a couple of orders from perth Mint but won't send to my PO Box (they will, but no insurance), total pain in the arse considering i work away and they only hold for 2 weeks (online orders) and 4 weeks (Mint shop)
Mine were sent to a PO Box from Perth Mint, no problems. AAE is the only courier service that will send to a PO Box as far as I am aware. Would not be happy if they were left on the door step. I would have come home to dogs with silver coated teeth.
