so we're finally getting somewhere with this dispute they have asked me to fill out one of these forms does this seem right? customs to reimburse fedex (my agent) and then fedex will reimburse me?
i've pm'd you with an email address of an actual person from fedex who is working on my claim^^ use that as well as the autaxdisputes one, i've been CC'ing two people i've spoken to over the phone to make sure that my stuff gets looked at. to save you time, i've been requested for: -tracking number, proof of purchase (invoices etc), description of the product to show it's .999 silver,and now asked to fill that form so make sure you include all that info in your email. i also added in this little bit since they seem to be so unaware about the laws
Now that my refund is being processed, I can comment on this and say I was never requested to fill out this form. All the best mate, hope the wait isn't too much longer.
Have you thuoght of going to a curent affairs programme? companies hate that, it costs you nothing, and { at best} not only will you be refunded and they get their noses rubbed in it, but the backlash could cost them heaps.
Recently received a shipment of over $1000 of bullion delivered by FedEx. Once the package arrived at Customs they emailed me a declaration to sign and fax back and once this was done they did not require any payment of GST. It looks like they have finally sorted things out. Everything went smoothly and service was excellent.
