does that mean those items in our online shopping cart are held until the submission is complete or session ended? or am i simply refreshing a shopping cart that ran out of 1oz gold?
This is interesting, I gave up on the website and made the call ordered the coins. Wonder if my cart is still locking up some coins? =D Happy to buy a second batch if its possible lol. Slam
I had to wait only about 3 apologies from the recorded message then i was through. Not that long considering. That was about 45mins ago
She was unsure of that when I asked, I got mine locked in the shopping cart also plus a previous order that has not yet completed payment which was my first issue. She was winging it and said it "probably won't let you confirm it' along those lines. Either way I hope they are wrong for both.
I was refreshing for about 45 minutes too, it took 1 minute to select and get through stages 1 to 3 and another 44 minutes of wondering whether my computer was actually conected to the internet
That's because the Perth Mint have a special telecommunications line direct to Newcastle (for special people). LOL
tryed a 20 times no luck untill i saw 1oz gold dragons were sold out so as soon as I took the gold dragon out of my cart it worked first go.
is there anything wrong with my end? been on the phone for 2 hours now and been refreshing for 3 hours if only i get a dollar for each apology i get from the phone recording, i could buy all 20 coins for free!
after 3 hours of refreshing and 2 hours on hold. took my 2nd mobile out and got through after a minute or two. decided to try my luck with 1oz gold coin knowing that it's already sold out, was told that it's sold out. proceed to order 20 1oz of silver coin was told that i've reached my purchase limit, and my eyes brighten up. apparently the order has gone through successfully without me knowing it. i was over the moon but still pointed out my frustration for the past few hours
error with the final confirmation and was on the phone for 2 hours. tried with a 2nd mobile and got through within a minute or 2. something was definitely wrong on my end. all done and dusted now
I was pressing refresh every minute for 2 hours on an order for 1oz gold dragon, 1 kilo silver dragon and 10 1oz silver dragons. Kept getting the error msg, called up and spoke to Linda she said my order had gone thru and gave me my order number, still have not received email, although she said may take all day due to system overload and to call in afternoon if I haven't received it. Not sure If this has happened to anyone else, but if you have an order that continually won't go thru online give them a call to see if its already gone thru and offcourse along with the epic fail of the online bullion site you will also have to endure a long wait on the phone! lucky I had the day off. I think gold dragons are sold out.....
