Get some Plastic Garbage bins that have the clip-on lids that seal Air tight.
Before tipping rice into bins, place a lump of Dry Ice in bottom of bin. Fill bins with Rice, but don't clip lids of bins closed.
As Dry Ice Melts it gives of carbon Dioxode ( Heavier than Air.) as bin fill up with CO2 it will displace all the Air.
After a Day or two Dry Ice is gone and there is no more pressure building up , Clip the lids on the bins.
With no Air in Bins this will get rid of most problems.

I think that you have to freeze the bags for a day or so after you buy them to kill any bugs/eggs.

Don't feel too bad you're prob not the only one - I bought 20 ASEs when the silver spot price was $47/oz in late Apr/early May only to see the price fall to $32/oz

Me thinks that going from $41/oz to 38/oz is nothing really to be too worried about in the greater scheme of things
