back home in Malaysia, my dad was betrayed by a mate of his (best mates for over 30 years) in a huge business deal, someone offered my dad a chance to hire a hitman from one of those illegal immigrants for approximately AU$1000. Give him the target, pay up cash and no further contacts to leave any tail, life is cheap for them. Not condoning assassination but it's good to know some interesting stuff. The business collapsed eventually so karma got the guy.

I don't believe in eternal suffering in hell but I do believe in karma, so I believe karma will get that thief :)

Interesting when this whole thing happened I had antrher person who I didn't even know who was ripped off by him offer 15 grand (half the value) to buy the debt from me. It was a shady situation and I wanted no part of it. its just stuff and while it is valuable I wasn't about to get involved in something like that. I cut my losses, I'm more selective of the people I associate with, more secretive, and generally more careful. I'm still young so I can learn from my mistakes and be smarter in the future.

No never found 100oz of silver I never knew I had.
Never missplaced a large packet of sovereigns and had to buy some off a member to complete a deal in time(Capt K can attest that never happened)
Never swept up a floor only to find a 1/4 oz Au coin on the dirt pile.
And have never accidently crushed a newly purchased valuable gold coin in a safe door as it fell out of a bag and box clanged in the crn of the door as my brain responded to slowly identifying the cause of the sound(That might have been a suck it up butter cup moment-IF it had happened)
Think that's all I have never done.
On a side note I had something of value stolen from me 20 years ago.All the motive and evidence pointed to one obvious suspect.I was on the verge of acting against this guy when I found out it wasn't him.I would have bet my life he was responsible, gave me pause to think every time the evidance was seemingly overwhelming.

I have a suspicion that i have lost a Belgian 5 Francs 1873 0.7234 oz silver coin somewhere in my car about a week ago. Too lazy to search for it yet.

Always check pockets of clothes before getting rid of them - a friend recently found $40 in the pockets of a hired ski jacket while at Mt Hotham.

(Sorry for being a little OT.)

I sense sleeping is not the problem here, it's the other stuff he possibly does with the gold that is!

No it was in the linen cupboard. I like the idea though, to sleep with gold under face
