Folks, just in case some here are unaware, the debt ceiling vote scheduled for 10am Friday (midnight Friday AEST) in Washington is postponed, but 10.20am (12.20am Saturday AEST) is a scheduled press conference with Obama: http://www.c-span.org/Live-Video/C-SPAN/

Obama's not worth losing sleep over. I'll catch the highlights on.... hold on, here he comes... Edit: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Hmmmm. Right now a democrat is showing a line chart showing A. spending under Bush and B. spending under Obama. I cant quiet read the break up of the spending, however, the spending under obama is shown to be 1/3 the size of spending under president Bush. He is pointing out that all of US debt and spending was infact a fault of the previous Republican government. How can this be possible when under Obama the national debt increased by a larger amount then under any other US president. Where do they get these figures. Where can I see the official numbers for the spending of the current government and previous governments. I know youtube videos say spending is this much and that much......but where is it officialy written?
