Source: Mark Liebovit Here's an interesting video (picked up from SilverGoldSilver.blogspot.com) that discusses that connundrum of silver stackers, is it seasonality or technical indicators that are important. http://watch.bnn.ca/business-day/july-2011-/business-day-july-18-2011/#clip502318 His answer - Play long, until a reversal, wait for a bottom taking your signals from the seaonality chart and then go long again.
From the chart silver price is sky rocketing in September. If it does happen this year, is ti because ppl are stacking lunar dragon ?
if it does happen it won't be because of the lunar dragon. september spikes can be more likely attributed to the weather conditions in the northern hemisphere. it gets colder, people are out and about less and turn their thinkin to lovin, or stackin, or whatever takes their indoor fancy.
Yeah, I don't think the spot price will be vastly influenced by the volumes of lunar dragons traded. There will be some seasonality to it, but then the chart for '08 didn't work that way, eh?
