Demand for ASE's seems high at the moment, what's up with that? Is supply and demand going to influence the market price? I only have 1, got it cos I did not have one.
+1 to that jpanggy, will probably want to start his own ASE sub-forum too. Actually, he may have fallen in love with Liberty
Spot to rise I think you mean ? To make that play you wouldnt necessarily need ASE's, bullion bars would work even better as there's less of a premium than ase's.
As the Fiat is about to enter a new phase of crisis especially when the USA owns up to the fact that it has to begin sorting out it's national debt the Americans who follow some global news outside of college football and baseball are buying ASEs to diversify their investments prior to the collapse of the dollar. Thats why ASEs are much harder to find and at decent prices.
I figured China was about to pull back so Australian exports would suffer, the Aussie dollar would plummet way past parity with America till it was around AU$50 : US$1, then the US$1 face value of the ASE could be exchanged for AU$50, a nice little profit! Other than that I can think of no further use for ASE above any other type of bullion.
I do hope you are not refering to my theory... I could probably whip up a quick chart to back it up if necessary. Edit: just got to fire up MS Paint first
Damn...I was hoping no one would call my bluff......well that was a waste of the five minutes I put into researching my theory.
