Back when I was a newbie silver stacker (4 months ago) :) I bought quite a few pieces of what I later found out was layered, 999 etc silver. The auctions did not state this.

I am now seeing same thing on Ebay, but this time it actually mentions its silver layered in heading and description and still there are 11 bids on it for what you would pay for a 1oz REAL silver coin.

I am confused? Surely there cant be that many people as silly as me? :)

Not sure if I am allowed to post item numbers, please excuse if I am not and I will remove.

    Thoughts?

Maybe I am missing something ... Is it because it is a liberty coin?

I already did several times when I started out :( Thats where my 999 mills etc came from.

My silly fault for not looking into it further.

This sort of situation is prevented if you get yourself a silver mentor, someone wiser to help make decisions.

now you have silver stackers! for the most part is very helpful
