    The carded kangaroos are sold as numismatics in Australia. First the RAM has to sell them as bullions locally without GST. They would do well for the right price in rolls without the card and GST.

    Ahh, yes, that is the box I was thinking about - cardboard box but not a proof coin which is why I was momentarily confused!

    The Britannias are 95.8% silver and the rest copper so not .999 pure but still great coins.

    i came this close to buying some a few weeks back but figured they'd just get lost or stolen in the Russian postal system.

    One of the worlds more popular forms of silver bullion that you don't hear much about on stackers is the 1780 Maria Theresa thaler. Majority of them weren't minted in 1780, they've been minted by many countries.
