I just bought a Perth Mint kilo bar and like the swirling pour lines so much that i made it my new wallpaper on my phone: 20230324_150055 by SilverNGold posted Mar 24, 2023 at 3:03 PM It looks like a planet on an orbit, Jupiter? Or a planet approaching the event horizon of a black hole. And the letter O of the 1KILO is right in the middle of the vortex. The O could represent the banking system, Geopolitical flashpoints, collapsing fiat, the failing petrodollars, etc. This just reminds me silver pieces can be something beautiful to appreciate other than an insurance for SHTF situations. Ok. I'd better go easy on the sauce now and stop rambling! I hope you like it too. Ps. A really appreciative thank you to the member who really took care of it for nearly 10 years, in its original small Perth Mint shopping bag no less. Respect!
Today I brought home a 10oz pig, thus completing the porcine family of kilo, 10oz, 5oz, 2oz and 1oz. 20230419_195607 by SilverNGold posted Apr 19, 2023 at 7:57 PM "We know you like silver, but you don't have to be a pig about it!" LOL. N.b. half oz does not count, I never know what to do with half a piece of leftover bacon.
3rd series 1 KILO class ingot produced by S.R. Mitchell Company. This ingot demonstrates the Australia Bullion Company PTY LTD counter stamp. Comes with an original receipt dating the ingot May 1977.
With the current spot at $1205. So Ag only cost about 7.65X more over 46 years. With return of 4.52% interests rate compounded annually. Looks like in the long run stacking silver equals to saving money in the bank........Hmmmm
