There will still be 2023 coins with Queen Elizabeth on them and you can currently buy them, just do an online search, plenty of Year of the Rabbit stuff available.

I think anything already minted will still go out and anything minted from next year will have Charles on. The cost to recall, melt and reissue is too great and the delay before the new dies are available will be lengthy. Standard circulation coins will carry on until the new effigy has been approved and the dies made, they're not going to stop making them as it's not feasible. They may just keep churning out circulation coins in 2023 with a 2022 date on them until the new Charles III coins are ready to go.

Of course this pure speculation on my part, I'm certainly no expert in this field, it's new territory for everyone I suppose.

The only way the Perth mint creates value for customers in bullion coins is by accident

Still nothing about the s3 5oz silver rabbit. It is almost end of february and we are at 0 mintage. In a couple of months the mint starts preparing for the dragon so if there will be any 5oz rabbit the mintage will be extremely low.Just me thinking out loud.Perhaps someone from perth knows more...?

Most dealers already sold out and if they have any left there is a limit how many you can buy...

Don't Trust Perth coins, they are all over the places.
    Previous series Debunk!

Some are issue overseas and not in Australia.
Many are send to LPM.hk which need to import back in.

Even their Perth shop counter don't even have them.

First day / second day they say sold out at their shop or not being available.

They are not interested in doing business at all with little guys.
( This may be their new policy )
