Help identifying a silver round

    Hi guys,

    Just wondering if anyone has any info on this silver round. It XRF's as pure silver as evidenced by the "1000" mark below the coat of arms. I have only really seen the "1000" designation on some of the European minted silver rounds I have but I 'm not an expert and have no knowledge if countries outside of Europe use that designation for pure silver. Any help or a direction to go in would be appeciated :)
