Morning Gents. I’m seeking the advice from the more experienced on the above topic. Which type of the PM100oz bars will pull a higher premium in the future for being more collectable and why? - Cast or Extruded finish? Would anyone know the different years of mint or able to direct me to an online resource to more information. Cheers.

Keep buying 100oz bars to feed the secondary market at discounted rates.
Believe me, bars of this size do not attract a premium in any form! No one trades them.

Would there be any support for a PM 100oz bar that is not longer manufactured to hold even a small 50-100$ premium over a current newer made bar? I’m not looking for crazy premiums just a leg up over another. These will be parked in a SMSF for 20 years.

If you are buying for a SMSF, buy the cheapest available from your local city dealer. Do not pay for postage and insurance, pick it up and take it straight to the vault. Buy low premium, sell low premium!

Are you referring to the older flat extruded finished types?
