I would prefer royal mint stuff personally. But I am biased towards offical mint coins.

Maybe it’s the difference between stackers and collectors. Stackers want low premium silver rounds, coins & bars. Generally, they buy in bulk. Collectors are more interested in changing new designs Different mints. .Generally they buy smaller quantities and are prepared to pay a higher premium. Then you have the Numismatic crew - different expectations again.
I consider myself a collector. Having said that, S.S mini- mintage doesn’t interest me but some of their generic designs are pretty good and the premiums are less then maples and Eagles from GSM. For someone like me, it’s just expensive to ship small amounts of silver from the US. I don’t see any harm in selling some of their generic designs. I think you’d be surprised how quickly they sell. I bet you can get them to Australia faster and for a cheaper price than Eagles.

If anyone has contact for Micheal could you please contact him and ask him nicely if he is able to put some 1oz unallocated silver up? They only have KG's listed atm and that's out of my price range.
I used the web site MSG thing and asked them yesterday, but it never got put up.

they wont offer it over the holidays as its much harder to hedge the smaller sizes and that period is alot more volatile. gram gold and oz silver unallocated usually disappears from BN website over public holiday periods. youll have to wait for the new year i presume.

Didn't have to wait for the new year :) I'd sent an email asking and got an automated response saying they wont be back till the 10th, but then a few hours later I got a response from a human saying they'd put some up.

I saw that the website was like that, it looks like it's back to normal now, you could still get to products by going to your order book and clicking on the item you previously brought.

Silver shield is great - I'm all for it!

I just collect the designs I like that record modern history as I know it. Many of the round I've bought are the proofs, and most have turned out to be a great investment (100-500%). Somewhere between $45-$60 is reasonable for the BU rounds. Many of the designs are incredible works of art and worth collecting... But that's exactly what they are, collector pieces.
