wow that's a crazy price, even the philharmonics you recently sold on another thread.
I am a newbie in this forum, and have been following prices for a few weeks. A question if someone can help me out.

Does toning in the coins reduce its premiums ? Only asking cause the eagles and philharmonics you sold were at really good price, and i've seen other coins like maples, perth mint coins, etc go for much higher premiums, and the only difference I noticed was that your coins had toning (I am assuming its the reddish colour that was visible on coin surface).

Yep .. the ASEs had red / brown toning on them. The phillys had white spots.. it reduces the appeal to a wide range of buyers generally, so I made the price reflective of that.

Sometimes you can try and sell good coins at a good price, and no-one bites .. just depends on whether it's a sellers market or buyers market.

I feel that you could have even listed for $40 per coin and it would have still gone off like hotcakes, lol
