All lots end time extends 5 mins from the last bid on any lot when bit received after 6:55pm.
Auction finished when there is no bid in last 5 minutes on and after 7pm.
(Since there is no timestamp shown immediately on the message (only time when you hover), I will allow all bids on the end minute. For example, if the end time is 7:05, I will except all bid until it is 7:06 that is when I hover the mouse on the message time, it exceeds 7:05)
