Without resorting to the calculator, lol off the top of my head its about $10.50 worth of silver, so they must be pulling a few bucks each right now.
Dont think youd be getting them for $10 or less right now

Hey mate, I see you are a new member to the forum (so am I), so welcome.

If you have a look at the website posted above the 1966 50c round coin contains:
13.28 gm which is 0.3416 oz of silver.

Regarding premiums, they usually sell for a few $ above their spot value.
You can have a look at previous posts using the search function to get a gauge for how much over spot they used to sell for.
From my research they were anywhere from 1-2$ up to 3-5$ (dealer's price) or even 10$+ (uncirculated) per coin (in recent times).

    Hope that helps.

    Sanjay.

I believe the 13.28 gm is the total weight of the coin, but the 0.3416 oz is the actual silver content weight. I'm not sure why they've done it this way in the calculators.

if you mean 1 or 2 above spot then yea, normally, but now isn't exactly normal, there is only really scraps around for people to buy, nobody is selling their 10 oz bars or pre decimal much, there is some bulk .925 for sale UNDER SPOT, although it's probably gone now, there was some earlier today as well, and there is currently some for spot. There is also round 50's for $11.50 a coin. I think that's a fair price. basically anything good has a ridiculous premium attached.
There was some cursed silver really cheap earlier on the forum, But some fool brought that ... Where is that mirror, I need to take a good hard look at myself. lol
    To answer your question/

ROUND 50's at the moment are 11.50 from the sales section, I think that's a reasonable price considering everything else has a massive premium.

Yeah, I got some for $11.50 each.
Given the current spot, most sellers are upping the price.
The spot in them is now around $11, so if you can get them a little above that then that's obviously preferred. I bought mine off greg8049, who had 2000+ to start with, and they are now $12.50, which isn't bad at all given that's around $4.50 premium/ounce, and you wont find any Bullion under $40 really from any dealer, except maybe Bullion Now at like $39.
That's probably the best offer here, I cant wait to get mine myself.
Good luck to the stackers looking for them, you'll be fine.
Even though I'm pretty new here, I know that there's always an offer if you look in the right place.
