To the best of my knowledge,and I originally purchased it on that basis. There are some hallmarks on it, but I need a higher magnification loupe to really make it out. I'll attempt to get get in contact with the original owner and see if they could enlighten me any further.
.950 I've been informed. Did A LOT of research as well since you posed the question and the general consensus is .9999 is still too 'soft' for everyday wear so the most common alloy is 95% Palladium/5% Ruthenium So still a PGM!!
