Wondering what people think of the eureka coins?
Do they demand a decent premium?
Do you Like them? don't like them?

Not a fan of the Eureka design myself. They're not as popular as Perth Mint designs. But the clean ABC branding is one of my favourites, looks great on larger cast bars.

    I think they look ok.
Recently on this site some 15g 0.900 gold rounds struggled to sell for +$25 over spot but they didn't have purity and weight markings. Those designs were kinda boring, IMO not very collectible and not 9999.
This design at least fits the theme for bullion with the prospector. But I'd say no decent premium. Would anyone buy it if it weren't gold?

You would probably get more over spot due to it being a small'ish fractional. A good looking 1/4oz gold nugget coin sold quickly for $145 over spot recently.
$40 over spot for 1/4oz would interest me so maybe aim a little higher if selling and see if there's interest.
