all good SCS....but I dont have bullion grade 50's left

these are UNC and aUNC ones that have been in my family since
they were released in 1966...I fully understand that there is no real
premium for UNC and aUNC coins...but I just put it out there if
    anyone was interested in them

    cheers grant

    Forgot to add

Boxes of the 1oz lovely lady fortuna's pamp's in blue certicards...you know the ones
these high premium bars come in outer plastic boxes of 25...all individually numbered
on the ingot..these were bought in 2011 and have never been opened...this is the first
series so no letter in front of the first number..and numbers start with a 0 or 1 for first of 6 digits
so may have some collectable premium down the track...$975 per box...3 boxes avail

also add another roll of the 2016 kooks priced same as above

    cheers grant

Just as un update on postage for these sales

These were posted on Monday and scanned in at the post office and all were express

All of these are still showing as at that post office...ie they have not been scanned since

Now I fully understand that this virus would have thrown a spanner in the works for aussie post
and there are disruptions and service restrictions already indicated on their website

But two of these should have been delivered tuesday..and so I didnt take it further...
until this morning when they are still showing as last scanned at the local post office
so rang austpost and after quite a bit of jumping through hoops...finally got to someone
who basically (when pushed) said...we are not scanning or at least updating anymore
the next time you get an update is when the driver has it out for delivery

This just doesnt make sense..why stop scanning its done automatically if you dont scan
them how will the logistics system get them to their destination area for delivery
How will keeping the sender/receiver updated cause any virus issues

So I thought this may be a fob off...so rang the local post office and they remember
my parcels being picked up on monday....but the driver has told them that there is
stuff everywhere and a huge backlog at the distribution centre

So just a word of caution...there are new times and service restrictions with Aust post
and dont expect timelines to be as usual....I get that and understand...but not knowing
where your items are, until they are out for delivery is not good enough IMO

That is all I can offer at present, it seems the parcels will get there when they get there
    untracked or updated

    cheers grant

Hi Grant, just to back you up here is a release from Aust Post back a week ago.

    https://auspost.com.au/about-us/new...virus/coronavirus-domestic-updates#deliveries

    ___
The current reduction in domestic flights has seen delays begin to occur in our domestic deliveries – particularly in the Express Post Network.

Social distancing measures we are putting in place across our facilities also have an impact on the throughput of parcels and letters in our sortation systems, but the safety of our people is a priority for us.

Our parcels businesses is also experiencing an uplift in heavier parcels that require manual processing – exercise equipment and wine shipments fall into this category.

Hi Grant and thanks for the update, really appreciated.

As long as they don't loose them it has to be expected.

    Thanks silverling...
As I said I fully understand...but two of them were not going near a plane..
by road to major vic country destinations....and i wouldnt have posted about it
if at least If they had been scanned in at the distribution centre...as per usual
    proceedure

Yeah James...all well that ends well...fingers xed

    cheers grant
