Hi Guys, I am getting back into stacking and am looking to aquire a New Sigma Pro The questions i have for any members here that have invested in 1 of these units are: Do you believe that the small and Refiners wands that come with the base unit are ample to test your stack or do you wish that you also had got the micro wand? Would the small wand work on 1/10 Gold coins? Or is the Micro wand needed? Also would you invest in the bridge for the kilo and 100 Oz bars or would you consider it a waste of money. Would the Refiners wand work on kilo bars? A few years back i had back the first Sigma Verifer and it did the trick and saved me on buying a couple of gold fakes so before i go heavy on gold i wanted to have something like this new Sigma but at the same time be able to use it on Silver coins, and bars upto 1kg in size Thank you in advance for any constructive feedback
Well for those who might be interested, i ended up pulling the trigger and got me one I cant wait for it to arrive, members of the monthly sydney meets and I gave the last one a good run for its money
Hey mate, what’s your opinion on the new sigma? I’m Looking at getting one too. Mind if I ask where You ended up buying from
I got it fom Sugma in the US I had a family member from the states bring it over for me I owned the original version and used to bring it to the monthly meets. The lads used to love it This one is much better but i need more time with it as i havent really had the time to play with it as life has gotten in the way But it seems much better, gives more precise readings and has more options
small wands are always good for 1/10 cause original Sigma hates the capsule.. I guess the smallest coin I have used is 1/25oz and 1g.. abit a bugger to get it worked.
One of the dealer I know just told me that their 3rd Sigma PM verifier went broken. It seems they are not relieable.Did someone else have the same experience? Im not sure if its the Pro but given its a big dealer Im sure they would buy the best one.
Broken for 3rd time?! Man, some TLC to those units for sure... I've got old version and still chugging along nicely...
