look at India, people who hold big notes
they really dislike metals, that was they hold their paper
they would be better be on digital

Bank Notes are NOTES - NOT WEALTH, NOT MONEY, just paper or digital promises.

Was in aldi just today, and punched in "100 cash out"
    Operator said , "100$ note ok ?"
    "Yeah mate, please "
So, ...... all good , for normal at this stage !

Nothing like cash in these days !

    Here's the thing !

Arrived home, and, minister for war and finance says :

"Oi, what's with the mouldy hundy, honey" .. and,
    Yep, what a stinker !

Conclusion, looks like all those "under the mattress " , no one cares about, are coming out !

In China people don't want to handle cash... trend will likely follow South Korea and Japan if the virus hits hard too.

They need to do everything they can to contain the spread so it makes sense to do so.

At the PO today to pick up a parcel, it was actively promoting its credentials as a bank. Made a withdrawal in $100s. Less fuss than a bank!
