Fair go Shiney. There's loads of stone-age ideas here. A few more won't matter. We get regular updates on the news from a 2019 years ago perspective for example.
    :D

    (p.s. got the reference btw)

I reckon the only crisis is with the brainwashed sheeple and brutalised children. I believe that most people on this site see the "man made climate change" story as being a hoax, and we should be asking why is this fake science being pushed on us by the fake media?

How many times has Peter tried to shut down people that don’t share his world view by saying “this is a precious metals forum”? Maybe his account has been hacked by that girl that looks like Vladimir Putin in a wig?

Far-left climate extremist Greta Thunberg unloaded on the world in an op-ed published on Friday, claiming that fossil fuels “are literally” killing mankind, and that they are a threat to “our very existence” as she said that her “climate crisis” agenda is not just about the environment, but about fighting the “colonial, racist, and patriarchal systems of oppression.”

Fellow far-leftist on Twitter: “In the next couple of years the protests will become so big that cops wont be able to handle it and the national guard/military will have to be called in.”

Patricia Espinosa, Executive Secretary of UN Climate Change said: “Current NDCs [Nationally-Determined Contributions] remain inadequate. If we stay on our current trajectory, it’s estimated that global temperatures could more than double by the end of this century. This will have enormous negative consequences for humanity and threaten our existence on this planet. We need an immediate and urgent change in trajectory."

I wish that Trump would throw the UN out of that building in New York and stop providing any US funding to them whatsoever.

It's easy, as according to the alarmists, everything bad is caused by man made climate change (see below).

I was wondering as the bushfire that girl in the article is mentioning as a climate change fire, was a deliberately lit fire wasnt it?

so shouldnt they be saying, arsonists are contributing to climate change by lighting bushfires?
Not climate change is causing bushfires.
considering 40% of bush fires are lit deliberately and 47% of bushfires are accidents, only 13% of bushfires are natural eg lighting and so on, and the natural events is decreasing because of preventative burning, so I dont know what fire fighter they have been talking to get their information from as the figures dont support their theory.

So, was talking to a mate today who is a long time (30 year +) rural fire fighter and this subject came up.

In short, the drought is not helping matters with dry and windy conditions fanning fires started by lightening strike or arsonists, but the main issue as to why we are seeing so many fires now is lack of back burning in prior years to clear leaf / wood fuel on ground. The red tape / paper work national parks / RFS / others has to go through to get approval to back burn is huge and the approval is only valid for a specific single date. If back burning can't be undertaken on that specific date due to wind speed, temp, moisture is air volume or just plain rain on the day etc, the approval becomes void and the process has to start all over again and takes months.

Looks like Sir Humphrey is running the approvals for this.

I've also noticed that they are no longer doing the back burning fuel reduction activities like they used to. So much of the blame can be attributed to the green policies being adopted.

70 percent of our wildfires are actually started by our Forestry Service as "controlled burns".
Give government workers gas cans in an old growth forest, minimal training and millions of acres to burn and turn them loose.
You can figure out the rest.
