    I would send an offer, but I'm not going to risk it with 0 selling history and minimal buying history.
    You might find someone who'll do F2F close to you, But I highly doubt that anyone will be willing to send you money and wait.
    Posting first to established members is standard operating procedure around these parts for first time sellers.
