Give me your best offer, I’ll take it to those blood sucking gold dealers by this Friday if there’s no takers. Ps. What would you consider the condition of these coins? Especially the tarnished ones? And what do the market prefers? Cleaned or original condition? Kind regards, Vincent
If you are concerned about appealing to collectors then my advice is to never, ever, clean a coin. Especially for rare and expensive coins cleaning can wipe. out most if not all of the appeal and you will destroy the collectibility and monetary value.
Also, none of your florins are rare, but I wouldn't let go of the 1927s at spot. Especially the one on the top left. Take it to your local coin shop to get an idea of the grade. Looks like at least very fine to me, maybe better. While the prices listed here are not what a dealer wouldppay you for a coin, you can look up herr which florins are trading over spot and by how much: https://www.allcoinvalues.com/australian-coins-and-notes/australian-florin-values.html
Thanks for all your input and interests, everyone gets a like LOL. 1966 rounds has been spoken for pending payment. Pre-decimals are still up for grabs, cheers. Vincent
