Beach walk spoon ID

    Found this spoon on a recent beach walk. Can’t ID the hallmarks. Has lots of green tarnish but looks like it’s been in the water a long while. Any help appreciated. 9E2CE138-A594-40AB-B787-645141EDCBBE.jpeg
