Auction- Silver Antiqued Bars (Done)

    Hi all
    Been experimenting with some bars to try and get a bit of texture and tone. I am pleased with the results and interested to see how these 3 lots go at auction here. Would love any feedback on these bars and have started a new series of antiqued bars in the 3oz and 5oz sizes.

    All bars are hand poured, stamped and polished and come with certificates of authenticity.
    All bars are poured from 999 silver shot and are over stamped weight.

    Anti snipe rule in place where any valid bid on any lot within the last 5 minutes of auction, extends the finish time on all lots by 5 minutes. Auction will be officially over 5 minutes from last bid.

    Conditions-
    * No edited bids
    * All bids in whole $
    * Postage at winners cost/choice/risk or f2f Central Coast NSW
    * Any disputes to be settled via pm and at my discretion
    * Payment via bank transfer within 48hrs of auction finish

    Auction finish starts @9PM Sunday 9th June AEST

    Nice work sonypony. The honeycomb affect of the sides is nice. How does one get the darker contrasts (graphite powder?) or state secret? Regardless, good looking bars.

    Thanks mate
    The sides are hammer finished then the bars are dipped into a liver of sulphur mixture to darken them up. Then lightly buffed to create the contrast.

    Glad to see I’m not the only one who thinks these bars are nice. They look a lot better in hand :)
    Thanks to the bidders so far and great to see members from auctions past. I really appreciate the support and look forward to 9pm AEST tomorrow for the auction finish.
