Im interested to know about the ink running off the plastic envelopes. What caused this to occur and how long did it take for them to become undeliverable and Auspost contacting you about it?
Also wondering how Auspost was able to contact you as wouldn't your sender information not also have had the same running ink issue as the addressees?
Also why are Auspost holding them? You will need to repackage and address them, Auspost isnt going to do that for you, and you could have got them from your local depot when you went there to find out what had happened. Unless, of course, you rang them sometime prior to your phone going missing.

Hope this ends well for all involved.

Hey Eureka Moments yes I rang them today and they are holding the items where they where posted and transferred to [depot] not at this end. I think but can't confirm that Aus Post are now forwarding back to sender. I have just learnt that there are 4 parcels, 3 from same day delivery and 1 a day or 2 after. Cant really believe that 3 parcels can be water damaged.

Who uses ink/fountain pens on envelopes or parcel packages these days? every post office I've been to provides ball-point pens in store...

Possibly a spil from another parcel of some kind of solvent. I have received a parcel before covered in liquid.

Me, like others are in the same boat here with outstanding items.

But may l point out that its been reported by a SS member that's actually called the postal agent. There are items at said post office that for whatever reason are not being delivered and are to be returned to sender. In this case trying2save.

Whos items? How many? How long this returning, repackaging, resending process will take who knows? But by at least T2S trying to make contact and re-addressing the items seems to be a step in the right direction.

His lack of communication is not helping with the whole situation either.

Its just the coincidentally nature of Auspost having issue's, the lost phone, lost login details & lack of communication. All which could be put to rest if there was some communication.

Trying to stay positive and hopefully a good outcome for all.

btw, just for record.. I did swap/trade with him and, yes, not a very efficient kinda deal but we did with them at the end... however, I wanted to 'officially' let you guys know that I am not affiliated to the guy and I have a few witch-hunt msgs due to this issue and I hope T2S will come forward and straight this thing out...before it gets worst than it already has...

    adios.

how long is it now with constant issues with Trying2Save? At this point there is no excuse! I recall posting about this in the members section ages ago, when he was supposed to have turned over a new leaf and he was going to make good, blah, blah, blah. How many times in years gone by have certain people been playing the game of "Sickness","Family Crisis" , or "Death" to tug at the heart strings of other members. Granted once, or maybe twice you may feel sorry for them, but no empathy for those who keep playing the game. And wait till just before Christmas when they come out of the woodwork with their sob stories about needing a quick sale because of the same situations as above.
