Greetings to all on this fine weekend, here in Adelaide at least. Looking to acquire the following please - BTW this is entirely Soprano16's fault for starting me off on this tangent - I'm holding you responsible mate! (coins must be in original PM cardboard box with original case and certificate - thanks) Payment first via EFT is fine (unless you have zero feedback - can discuss...) and express post - buyer to pay. My average cost for the 6 already in hand in hand is approx $82.50 per coin + postage which includes deals done here on SS and on FeeBay - so be fair and not too greedy please. If someone has one, some or all of the below 6 coins and wants to do a deal hit me up. 2010 Tiger 1 oz gilded 2014 Horse 1 oz gilded 2015 Goat 1 oz gilded 2016 Monkey 1 oz gilded 2017 Rooster 1 oz gilded 2018 Dog 1 oz gilded Cheers
Perth Mint still has some of the years you are seeking https://www.perthmint.com/search.aspx?SearchKeyword=Gilded+lunar
Yep, the last 4 years are all available at issue price here: https://www.perthmint.com/catalogue...4.1032094530.1535333923-2003455493.1518665069
Magpie , I have the Gilded Horse if you are unable to secure one locally Also have the Gilded Rabbit but I'm assuming you already have that
Thanks for the feedback folks. Jagged a goat for $75 + post off Ebay this morning. so that ones off the list Silverman99 PM me with what you can sell your Horsey for including postage - unfamiliar with OS transfers so maybe Paypal Gift the way to go if we strike a deal? Cheers all.
Hi STC, Tigers and Ox's have for as far as I can remeber attracted larger premiums, I also remember dragons a few years back too went a bit silly but they have come back to reality. I don't think the same will happen for the OX and Tiger but on Ebay you can be lucky. I got my Gilded OX for $95 (buy it now) on EBAY a day or two ago - they obviously wanted to sell hence listed at a price that wasn't too obnoxious that someone would likely pay - most of the crazy listings you see do not finalise, they run to the end - and are relisted.... Just because someone is asking $xxx....... Mintage usually comes into play, Perth Mint shows what was produced for a particular coin/year some years more than others. Also being Chinese Lunar some coins are more auspicious to certain collectors which can play a small part. Cheers

UPDATE Sincere thanks to those who have helped and messaged via P.M - you guys have been a pleasure to deal with, helpful, honest, industrious and friendly, all the attributes I find honourable. ONE more gilded to go... - then onto 1 oz proofs and coloured's - again being upfront to a fault, the average cost per coin without post is now at $88.90 so if you have a 2014 gilded horse boxed with cert and minty my current best opportunity presently is an overseas seller at approx $125 Australian posted - and i'm half thinking about it so I can be fully up to date with these pending the piggy's release shortly...so...if you have a spare Horsey give me a shout! 2010 Tiger 1 oz gilded - sorted - pending - 2014 Horse 1 oz gilded 2015 Goat 1 oz gilded -sorted - 2016 Monkey 1 oz gilded -sorted - 2017 Rooster 1 oz gilded -sorted- 2018 Dog 1 oz gilded -sorted -
Here you go mate - $90 http://www.prospectstampsandcoins.c...year-of-the-horse-1oz-silver-gilded-coin.html
Cheers for that - I have emailed them to see if it is boxed etc, I cant see it in the photos which may explain the price? Appreciate the heads up !!!
Yeah worth emailing them, but it does say it does "The Year of the Horse Gilded Edition coin is housed in a presentation case and custom-designed shipper, accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity."
Thanks Soprano16 - Horsey off the list, fellow stacker here who runs a business said he has had a crazy run on these recently. Mostly overseas buyers. Dunno what the deal is with that. Anyway, OCD wins again, entire gilded set ticked off in a week. Time for a breather. How do you close a thread? or does it matter? Cheers
