Looking good ,but in my opinion 6 years overdue-should be minted parallel in 2012 with lunar dragon. To much dragons everywhere .

I don't like it. Very generic. Perth Mint are making a lot of bad designs these days.

looks like you can buy these 1oz bars for only $25 each. So i guess it's fine that the design is generic, as they are selling for generic prices.

Someone has put a video up on this coin/bar. Looks nicer in the video. It's a bit rough though, but i guess can't complain as it's low premium.

reached NZ and offered for a sale.
Dunno, if it is going to be a bestseller.
    IMO reminds some Niue bars/coins.

The gold thing...is it even competitive with other options i.e.
    older coins/bars?
May be it is targeted at some specific group of consumers.

Probably aimed at millennials. It looks like they just put the old womans head into a meme generator.

If '1oz 9999 Ag' and '1 DOLLAR' were moved a bit closer in, it would probably qualify for one, I reckon.

Might be worth getting a roll. They'll probably return a good premium down the line but at 500,000 mintage it could be quite some time.
