I have a few sovereigns for sale but the most important is the key date 1899 Perth Sovereign. This is the first sovereign ever issued by the Perth Mint as that is the year they established. This also one of the lowest mintage sovereigns you can get at 690,992 compared to other years/mints which range well over 1-5 million. I am no grader, I have taken close pics, I assume it is okay condition but nothing extra "special" except for that special year and mint. A couple of info links below - https://coinworks.com.au/1899-Sovereign-Perth-Mint~6571 https://bluesheet.com.au/Gold/Full_Sovereign/Veiled_Head/1899-P_Full_Sovereign Also a couple extra Australian sovs in the mix all priced as follows plus delivery cost (coins in pic from left to right 1899P/1899M/1910M) The coins furthermost right of the pics seem brighter due to the light source coming from that side. All sovs appear the same gold/copper colour in the hand. 1899P - $470 SOLD PENDING 1899M - $440 SOLD PENDING 1910M - $440 SOLD PENDING
Only the 'M' sorry Maybe I should have auctioned this one, thought someone else would appreciate the "rarity" more than me, that was a mighty quick buzz to a happy buyer!
I've still got a smile on my dial, that is one I've been after for a very long time, will look real nice next to my 1931p. Tomorrow I'm going to make a jarrah box for them to go in.
