I bought some silver on the american platform www.onegold.com.

They say that silver is stored is a safe segregted vault and I pay for storage as well. But I don't know if I need to trust, and leave my silver with them.

    PS

I decided to buy digital cause premium were too high. But, now I'n thinking to put it in a real vault. Use it as a collateral and buy more silver.

CAN YOU ACTUALLY TRUST OF ONEGOLD?

I had a quick look at onegold. The site is full of marketing words and nice sounding statements. Not much actual independently verifiable information. If they go bust how are you legally protected? What mechanisms are available for your ‘securely stored gold’ at the RCM or other locations to be identified and delivered to you?

Every company says they use ‘industry standard’ protection. What does that even mean? If every company did this why are so many companies and government agencies hacked?

It may be ok, I just don’t see how they make money. I prefer the idea of having physical - and not telling anyone.
