    Most definitely.

I remember going out at night in the 80’s and clubs and pubs had dispensers in the toilets which had paper seat covers in them. Apparently they were designed to prevent the spread of aids.

Of course only the stupid and gullible believed you could get aids from toilet seats.

Fortunately with the advances in modern science and education there aren’t that many stupid and gullible around who believe in any old crazy theory they’re told anymore. :p

You should listen to some theoretical physics talks, you might reconsider. They make flat earthers look only half crazy.

I consider the opposite to be true. Due to our corrupt science and education system there are more gullible people around.

    HERD IMMUNITY is scientific fact!!!

Take a look at Sweden ( if some of you are still capable of rational intelligent thinking )

It seems that having the most fluoridated drinking water in the world has done its job to dumb Aussies down to
such an extent that we have become the laughing stock of the world.

We would need to define "herd immunity" with an agreed and understood definition ....

Do you not believe conspiracies actually exist? Or are they all just 'conspiracy theories'?

Of course there's a conspiracy between Daniel Andrews and the Victorian police force to keep Victoria locked down, and to silence critics.

For the purpose of this post I'm using this definition, because it suits my secretly nefarious intentions. Oops, is it still a secret it if I admit it? :D

    https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/conspiracy

Well if it were a conspiracy then it would be a secret. And if it were a secret then no one else would know. So all of these people who "know" are simply speculating.

If others did know the truth then it wouldn't be a secret and therefore, there would be no conspiracy. Evaporating in a puff of logic. :p

Not necessarily a conspiracy then according to my definition, could just be a plain old policy move. An agreement. A plan. An administrative decision to act. Therefore it could be an honest mistake. A decision taken that like nearly every other decision taken by politicians and public servants can be challenged on legal grounds. Or simply a means to hang on to power. Any way, I was just having a bit of a muck around. I've got more important issues to bide my time over.

The lawyer behind it all looks to be beyond reproach morally though. I'd say she performing a public service, whether this wins or not. Interesting bit about her when she was with the ATO: https://www.abc.net.au/7.30/tax-office-faces-accusations-of-abuse-of-power/3939958
