Would people buy Russian made & hallmarked silver bullion ? I know I can source it . 2 issues 1 is it worth it 2 would people buy it. Discuss
1. Is it worth it? I don’t know how much does it cost? 2. See 1 I like Russia coins, esp. early stuff. Wire kopeks, early rubles etc. so bullion is not a stretch for me. I would buy if the product and price match. I also like Russian watches but hey, that’s me. Bostock .... hands down best watch on the planet in $100 or less category
Not anywhere near that . If were lucky 12 months at least . First hurdle is to be able to source it , minimum spend is ? $5M 2nd hurdle is it worth it ? You can't simply buy gold or silver for export from Russia . For say even 100kg of silver ,want happen .
they should adapt the rule eg weight for weight, ie if you brought in 1 tonne of silver into the country, then you are allowed within 1 year to bring out the equal weight etc to promote exchanges and no vat please on bars looking at European Mint https://www.europeanmint.com/2018-1oz-russia-3-roubles-saint-george-silver-coin/ seems not likely point of getting Ruski .999 silver they don't even carry Russian Pt same goes for China hall marks silver bars, very hard to come by outside their boarder we can get Taiwan silver products, but its different https://www.facebook.com/truney/photos/a.171434932901916/3630194417025933
similar with India silver products https://www.coinbazaar.in/112-buy-1...ote-sikka-lagdi-online-price-rate-india-today
No, I probably wouldn't buy it. It will likely be high premium due to the problems of getting hold of it. If people can't read it they will be suspicious of it making reselling it difficult. If it comes from Russia people will be suspicious of it anyway, making it harder to resell. If the USA puts an embargo on Russia it might be hard to sell it on ebay or any other online platform. I would love to get hold of some of the Russian equivalent of junk silver, but for 999 silver I am now just going for the cheapest available locally. Good luck with the project though.
