    This is cool. In very nice condition too.

    What I love about this year is that it was the first years release of the ASE, but the main reason they issued the ASE was to aid the sale of the government and defence stockpiles. It was proposed around the same time the defence decided they didn't need so much silver since it was being removed from the currency (the defence stockpiled over 130Mozs), and had congressional approval many years before it was eventually released in 86. Pretty cool.
    Times are definitely changing.
