As my old pappy used to say "When they start running out of Beer and International Roast you know there's a fair dinkum (real) problem."

The "cough" gives this one away. Hence high volumes of contagions littering the air from the lungs. Yikes

    Thanks for the thread.
I've been trying to get some local people interested in putting away a couple of months of food & other supplies, but they just roll their eyes & say "we live in Australia, it (store shelves being empty) will never happen here". Most serious 'Preppers' will already be stocked with most of their needs, because prepping is a mind-set.
Be careful who you tell about your preparations because a response I've been getting is: "you've got food, so we'll just come to your place if anything serious happens" _JOHNLGALT.

Or Nescafé Blend 43. My old man drinks it, and I doubt it tastes much different from the water that accumulates in an ashtray after it rains

MY EYESIGHT IS FINE YOU DON'T NEED TO ENLARGE YOUR TEXT. ALSO CHANGING THE TEXT COLORS MAKES IT EVEN HARDER TO READ OR UNDERSTAND WHATEVER SHIT YOU ARE POSTING.

Bizarre... I feel like I'm operating two weeks ahead of the pack.

Got my stack of toilet paper two weeks before the rush. When they rushed for toilet paper, I thought it might be an idea to stock up on food. When food started disappearing, stocked up on water. When water started disappearing, added to my silver stack and took out a wad of cash.

Get ready for a bank run and a flight to PMs.

Absolutely. And it’ll be a flight to gold first! Silvers price isn’t going anywhere, any time soon.

Yea, I fear if just a single commercial bank collapses, the Sheeple will freak out. I suspect those in charge also worry about the same.
