    Yep we just checked and seems there is a glitch in the matrix somewhere. Have removed Platinum for now until we sought it out.

    Sorry for the false start on unallocated platinum!

    The rest are fine to order though.

    Just glanced through the videos and website, but I couldn't see an answer to my query. My apologies if it was there.

    But, how do I track / view my allocation ( unallocated gold/silver) , once a purchase is made?

    No problem. I've been buying via their unallocated program for some months now. Very easy to buy in and cash out. Only thing I'm looking forward to is some sort of online inventory or somewhere on our account where it shows the current status of our unallocated by weight and fiat value
