Also please note that as part of the condition of this Auction the item will NOT sell less than spot price at the time of auction finish. For example if the bid is at 2252 and the spot price at the time the auction is over the spot price (example $2260) the item will sell at spot at the time of auction finish which will be 2260 in the example above. To make it less complex/confusing it's best to start the bid with a bid stating "Spot" this way what ever spot is at the time of auction finish you can be able to get it. After the "Spot" bid you can put an actual AUD value if you want but it's best to use bid values in the format like so "Spot+2", "Spot+10" "Spot+20" etc. The highest AUD value bid will get the item at the end. Good luck.

Bump - Auction ending tonight. Spot is $2253 currently so to beat the spot bidder Anniesilver you will need to bid above spot

Just to help me understand.... Spot was bid at 2243. Then a bid of 2244 which voided the spot bid. Then spot came up to 2253 which voided the 2244 bid. If spot goes down to say 2200 does that mean the 2244 bid is reinstated? Not trying to be a smart arse, just trying to work out what/if I'm going to bid tonight..

the basic idea is the person offering the highest $ amount will win it but it will not sell less than spot. So for example if by auction end time spot is $2253 the person that bid "spot" will be compared to all other bidders and if their spot bid is the highest they will get it. If you want to ensure you beat the "spot" bid then bid "spot + $1" at a minimum. Spot will be Kitco Ask price as shown at https://www.kitco.com/charts/livegold.html at the time of auction end.

Does this coin have the original capsule that it came in? In the photo it appears to be out of capsule

Yes it's in its Original Perth mint Capsule, I take a picture without the capsule so you can see the coin itself to examine that it's in Mint condition.
