    I was searching for one of these threads about gold in computers and found this.I just took apart one of my PC(asus).What can I do with cpu?How can I get the gold out of it? Any other part I should keep? I have another old PC which I will take apart soon.

    Not worth it for a single CPU. Best to refine in batches. You'll get more money for your time just flipping the parts on Gumtree.

    The other good parts for gold are the RAM sticks. Everything else isn't really worth your time unless youre a professional scrapper.
