    Hi,

Has anyone had any dealings with this company?

Ordered something 3 days ago from them and other than receiving an email saying they are processing my order I haven't received any communication.

Sent them an email and no response either.

    Thanks for looking that up.

Monday will be time for the phone call - was giving them time to reply to the email.

They used PayPal as their payment gateway so I guess the risk is not great.

    Just an update.

Called them up. The guy on the phone appeared to be aware of my order. He was like 'are you aware that it's only 2 of the 6 coins'. I responded that I wasn't and that's not what the description said. He responded that the description had somehow changed some time ago and that I should have known based on the price. I requested a refund to which he agreed to.

Over two weeks later and no refund. I also note he hasn't fixed the description on the website. I raised my concern with Paypal and hopefully I will get my money back.

You mean you thought you paid for a lot of six coins and he told you over the phone it's only two coins?

Yes. It was a box set. Picture was of the box and the description stated the name of the box set. No mention that it was only two coins. I guess you could argue it didn't explicitly state it had six coins either.

Errors happen in listings. I get that. My frustration is the lack of communication and action:
    • No update on order
    • No response to emails
    • Agreement made on the phone to refund, yet no sign of money
    • Doesn't even update the listing to correct the error

Typical Sunday market dealer. Always safer to deal with well known names. Hopefully the refund comes through
