Hey guys, I’m currently in a position where I can buy a 1oz Gold Panda from a selection of these years: 2006, 07, 08, 09, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 (all the same price- aud $75 over spot ). I’m pretty new to Pandas so was wondering if you guys could help me choose which one? Personally love the 2013 design however you guys probably know best on which one holds the best value... Cheers.

I would buy the oldest one if the premium is the same over the spot.

Anybody got a link to a legit list of 1 oz gold panda mintages? Found some different sites but they all show different mintage numbers...

Gonna go for the 2008 as the mintage is 60,000 while the others are mostly well over 150,000

Peter Anthony book ;Gold and Silver Panda Coin Bayer's Guide; is the best source of information regarding panda.

Will check that out. Huh, weird. On Peter Anthony’s website it states that the 2008 Panda has a mintage of 150,000... now I’m not sure who to believe lol

More or less a tossup between 2006-2010. Perhaps choose a design you prefer? 2011-2014 are less compelling.

    Best wishes,

He means it's a great price for that year. Hard to come across.

European Dealer by the name of Tavex. Temporarily in Europe right now so that’s why I’ll be able to grab 1. Hopefully this is a trusted dealer...
