Hi, Besides Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin, which cryptos do you think are worth paying attention to and most importantly, WHY? I am eyeing Dash, XRP.
I'll avoid crytos for the time being because many countries are rushing out formal regulations to restrict cryptos because of Facebook's Libra. This is likely to happen within the next one year. Since they are out to prevent Libra, then probably most of cryptos that already exist won't meet the bar. Mark Zuckerberg is very smart, he is making use of governments to wipe out competition for him while he navigates around their regulations after they are created.
Ethereum? Tbh, besides the coins mentioned already, every other cryptocurrency is on the risky side for me at this point.
big turnaround from someone who wrote off crypto as backed by nothing? if you want to speculate take a look at chainlink, raven, xmr and tezos.
Ripple for potential banking support. Power Ledger for the power generation space. Ethereum is a given.
I’d suggest to narrow your research down to projects that were started in 2019, or more specifically, coins/tokens that came to market in 2019. And don’t expect there to be the same FOMO fuelled explosion in prices as in 2017/2018. There may well be, just don’t expect it to happen. And there’s always XVG!
